Manager, Data and Insights - Growth Aug 2023 - Present
Senior Analyst of Data and Insights / Sep 2021 - Aug 2023
Focus Areas - AB experimentation, mobile application analytics using in-app event tracking and third party data, data engineering, and subscription growth. Embedded on a cross functional team with collaboration in frontend and backend systems and projects.
Data and Analysis - Performed rigorous analyses using primarily SQL and R focused on time series analysis, propensity models, churn prediction, and demand structures.
Leadership - As a manager of mobile subscription growth data, I led and leveled up data pipelines, analyses, and architecture that brought mobile growth strategy to prominence and built trust in our data. This includes leading the multi-year project of leveraging third party server systems and connecting frontend and backend data to create the first complete view of our subscriber journey on mobile. Co-lead AB experimentation for the largest group in the Growth Mission launching and analyzing more tests in H2 2024 than any other team.
Ownership - Lack of data visibility meant I was left to pioneer innovative ways to collect, manage, and clean data. These pipelines have become pivotal in our understanding of mobile growth and have allowed both myself and those across the company to perform dependable analysis.
Community - Lead documentation days to help encourage continuous and proper documentation of our data architecture and modeling. Planned team bonding events to promote cross-functional and cross-mission bonding. Hosted and helped plan Growth Mission onsite for over 200 employees.
